2. Home warranty – 11 months come and repair for free and aiding
3. Customizable
4. Resale value – newer less work to do, and all updated and modern already, don’t have to pay out of pocket, and even though it costs more, buyers are still willing to pay because the sales price is built into the loan
5. Happy wife
Con:
1. Always in subdivisions – never on Main Street stand alone without HOA
2. Small lots – direction of home
3. Cheaper materials – roof and siding
4. Delays and length of time with building – interest rate could go up
5. Premium high price
