When I first met Tim, I was definitely nervous as this was our first time buying a home. Tim and I connected right from the beginning and it built my trust in his business. He is not there to sell any house that comes to mind, but to make sure you buy the right home. We were buyers from New York and did not get a chance to fly down to Georgia to tour homes. However, with technology and the ability to view homes virtually, we were able to get as best of a description of houses we can. We have family in Georgia and had asked them to join viewings. Tim was very polite and answered questions that they had along with the questions we had. That was important to us because it shows his respect to all that he is around which can be difficult to juggle especially when he knows his client is the important as potential buyers. We placed offers which were rejected and he called to explain why it was rejected and it helped calm our emotions after the long wait to hear back from the seller. We eventually found a townhome that we loved and he helped us close on the property. He tries his best to fight for you when he has to negotiate. We didn't get the seller to fulfill some of the inspection items we wanted to fix but he assured that some of the items listed were easy fixes and that the property itself was it great shape. He is knowledgeable on home interior and exterior. Tim is dedicated to his clients and will make sure he provides the best service he can by being truthful, entrusting his confidence, following up on many questions and calming your emotions during the buying process. I met Tim 3 years ago, when he was in my neighborhood and introduced himself to me as a realtor, and asked if I was going to sell my house, or did I know anyone who was wanting to sell theirs. He just told me to get in touch, when I was ready. About a year later, i called Tim, again. This time he wrote up a contract agreement with me, and 5 weeks later, we were at closing. I’m a widow, in my 70’s and had never sold a house on my own. He took extra time explaining each step of the process, went out of his way to help me find different contractors, and even met them at my house, so I didn’t have to drive a good distance from my daughter’s. He always had time to clear up any confusion, and was extremely prompt in returning calls and texts. As you can see, I could go on and on about what a thorough, ethical, and knowledgeable realtor he is. But he’s also, a thoughtful , kind, polite, and Just all around genuine person. He’s definitely a realtor you would want to have representing you.

My wife and I were living off an apartment lease in the area and ready to move into our permanent home somewhere nearby, and we basically just walked into our first home-buying process alone. We started out just finding houses we liked on Zillow and asking the agent listed with the property if he/she wouldn't mind meeting us there and letting us look around. Real estate agents have a tough job, and I get it, but in general, I personally tend to hate the feeling of being "solicited" or pressured. A few of them were very easy-going, but most of them were not easy to feel comfortable around. Tim was probably the 5th or 6th agent we asked to come show us a property. After that one time meeting him in person and looking around that house (completely unharassed), we told him straight-up that we wanted him to be our real estate agent, and we never looked back. He was extremely patient and kind during our lengthy, and often stressful, house buying process, and he was always available to answer questions outside of work hours and provide useful tips and suggestions. He was without a doubt the best real estate agent we could have ever asked for, and in the end, largely due to a lot of "insider" tips he knew about, he was able to help us close an unbelievable deal on the perfect new-construction home that we fell in love with. Tim is a great realtor, and very patient. My husband and I bought a new construction home that is more than an hour away from where we lived at the time. Tim communicated regularly with the selling agent and our lenders to make sure all ran smoothly. He attended home inspection meetings with us, and after the builder (really just the guy in charge of all pre-sheetrock construction) refused to provide proof that fixes would be made according to our inspection report, Tim stopped by our home site after hours to take pictures of the progress so that we could have proof and peace of mind that the fixes were made. That was a huge favor to us since we were so far away and he lived near our new home site. The list of the ways Tim did his job, did it well, and went the extra mile is long. Of course everybody's "gotta eat" but Tim genuinely wants what is best for his clients, and he showed our family that he values relationships more than "transactions." Old school values in a new school economy. I would totally recommend him.
