Prior to real estate, Tim grew up in Alabama, and is an Auburn University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accountancy. While studying, he was also a property manager for Greenbelt Properties, overseeing two apartment complexes and one trailer park of over 200 tenants. He was also the treasurer of the Real Estate Society, which was Auburn's first active real estate group in the Lowder College of Business. With an international mindset during college, Tim packed a suitcase to travel and study business abroad in the Land of the Morning Calm (South Korea) for one summer. He spent this time studying the Korean language and understanding the culture, economics, politics, family values, and tradition while visiting his mother's family in Ulsan and Seoul. After graduating, Tim decided to go back to Korea as a long-term resident for five years as an English teacher for students ranging from kindergarten to high school. He also pursued a career in the entertainment industry as an actor in Korean dramas and commercials. Taking his management skills and international perspective to Atlanta, Tim has a passion for bringing his experiences and real estate expertise with him while working with people in the city of Atlanta to find the right home.
